GRADING AND GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

Our grading system is practical heavy oriented. A substantial number of our students have quite modest education. Therefore, this group can’t be subjected to pure academic examinations. However, from our experience, this does not in any way mean this group can’t succeed in overseas work.

In fact, from our experience modestly educated migrant workers in lower jobs, unskilled and semi-skilled employment tend to see through their contracts. They only need to be oriented to life basics in the destination countries, skilling in actual work to be done and cultural orientation. They will succeed in their overseas tour of duty.

Our team of experienced instructors most of whom have worked in recruitment companies, combine their hands-on training to nail the real teaching platforms. The majority of prospective workers actually succeed.

If your prove you can do the practicals perfect and understand what is expected of you, your destination country’s culture and your personal goals, then you are ready to go pursue your dreams. That is what your employer and recruitment company expect of you!
